Die typisch amerikanische Wohnküche ist komplett eingerichtet. Geräumiges und gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit großen Flatscreen TV, DCD Player. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle mit TV ausgestattet. Located in a the yard club area, the home overlooks a wide freshwater canal and offers everything you need to spend a relaxing vacation. It was built in 2002 and completely renovated in 2011, offering 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, about 2,500SF of living area under air. The house features phone, fax, printer, scanner with wireless high speed internet access, allowing you to get the latest news anytime. The beautiful wood kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, mixer, coffee maker, and glass top stove. Washer and dryer can be found in the separate laundry room. The spacious living room offers modern furnishings, abig Flat-TV, and a DVD player that works for both U.S. and European DVDs. A second TV was placed in the master bedroom, which leads into the master bathroom with its double sink, large tub and a large double shower. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom. One of the other bedrooms feature a King size bed, while the third bedroom has two Twin beds. Dishes, linens, towels, beach and pool towels are all provided. Small children are welcome to use the crib and high chair. The huge patio area is not screened, offering a big table and eight chairs, a BBQ gas grill. Come and enjoy the oversized pool and whirlpool, which can be heated both electrically and with a solar system, allowing you to set the temperature you desire. Have a drink on your own outdoorbar, with TV, Fireplace and a amazing few over the wide canal. The Garage is not available!
